Join our Community-Based Services (CBS) team as a Program Support Specialist, where every day brings a new opportunity to uplift lives and strengthen neighborhoods.
- What You’ll Do:
- Program coverage for all CBS programs and provide support for major community events
- Mentor and guide students (Grades 1–12) through tutoring, group activities, and workshops
- Support families at our Resource Centers by helping them access vital services
- Lead engaging programs like art projects, service initiatives, and recreational events
- Transport clients safely using the agency van
- Collaborate with volunteers, manage client documentation, and assist in donation distribution
- Be part of a dynamic team, participate in community events, trainings, and team building
- Working time
- 30 hours per week.
- To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
- Experience in education, community organizing, or family support
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) and culturally responsive communication style
- CPR, First Aid & Crisis Prevention training (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and insurability required
