This year’s theme is Empowered Youth Power Communities! When youth have safe housing, basic necessities, and access to support and tools, not only do they thrive, but their families and entire communities thrive. Join us in unlocking the potential of local youth who lack support and resources, or face significant and unfair crises and challenges.
During our event, you’ll enjoy a little breakfast while hearing directly from our staff and local youth about why our programs are needed here in Northern Virginia. You’ll hear about the challenges some local youth and families face, inspirational stories about overcoming those challenges, and how you can help support our mission. You don’t want to miss this moving event.
By empowering youth, listening to their perspectives, amplifying their voices, and understanding the value of their lived experiences, we can better assist communities in overcoming challenges like homelessness, food insecurity, trafficking, mental health struggles, abuse, drugs, and others. Every one of us can play a role in providing support.

This is our only fundraising event of the year. We need all hands on deck to make it a success. Funds raised will go directly to our programs to ensure they remain open and uninterrupted. Local youth and families in crisis have so few options to turn to for help. Let’s be sure our doors remain open. In addition to registering, please share our invitation with your friends and family.
